At Cristmas itīs time for mumma! In English thatīs "Yummy" or maybee "Mom".
(Cardemom is called "kardemumma" in Swedish and "mumma" could be translated to "yummy".)


  • 5 ml chrushed Cardamom
  • some Madiera Wine (about 15 ml)
  • a bottle of COLD Porter or Guinness
  • a bottle of COLD dark beer or ale. In our opinion the Belgian Chimay (blue) is the best. Since this is most powerful (meaning a lot of alcohol) you better take it easy.

Put cardemom in a large jug, add Madeira and pour slow and GENTLY the two kinds of beer.
